21-Day Colorful MileChallenge
This is the perfect challenge for those of us needing a kickstart for spring. We’ll use spring break as a time to develop some new habits – even if you plan to travel. It starts this Friday 3/16. Complete every day for a prize. It’s also the perfect warm-up for some NEW programs/classes we’ll offer in April and May.
· Nutrition: Consume at least 3 different colors every single day of the challenge. You get bonus points for consuming 5 colors in a day! Colors are veggies and fruits – skittles don’t count ;-)
· Activity: Do the daily fitness challenge or walk an extra mile every single day of the challenge (daily challenges on log forms)
· Fill out a log-form and turn into Michelle Kruse (scan and send or send via campus mail) by April 9th. Again, I’ll send log forms via email to all who have registered on Friday morning.
