ONSITE HEALTH SCREENINGS:
CSD Blue KC members may register for a FREE onsite health screening. This is NOT required to earn points. These are scheduled simply to be convenient options. Health screenings should NEVER take the place of a well-visit or physical from your health care provider. Additional dates will be scheduled. You may also schedule a free lab draw at multiple locations across the KC metro here.

It is highly recommended that employees log into the www.MyBluekc.com site through Google Chrome for best results.

Pregnant? You are exempt from health screenings/points requirements. Please email Michelle Kruse for exemption waiver.
Questions or trouble accessing AHY? Please call the customer service number on the back of your Blue KC insurance ID card or email BlueKC directly at AHY@BlueKC.com. When emailing, please include details of the issue, screenshots if possible, member ID and contact information.

*Participation in the incentive entails accepting the user and privacy terms and submitting health information upon registration (first time users only) to gain access to the A Healthier You portal. Once registered, employees can participate in activities of their choice to earn points towards a wellness incentive. Points for the completion of preventative exams and other health related activities are automatically awarded based on claims data. Use of the portal is voluntary. If you have yet to register as a member on the portal (as a first time user or if your portal has been reset).

There are many ways to earn points, including onsite health screenings, physician visits, preventive health actions such as physicals and mammograms, connecting your health tracking device, such as Apple Watch, Garmin, Fitbit, and condition-specific monitors to your portal, and personalized health education options in your portal.
