HOW TO EARN YOUR 2024-25 WELLNESS INCENTIVE:

  The following resources will assist you in accessing your BlueKC A Healthier You portal:

  • How to Access the Physician Screening Form (take to annual physical appointment with your own doctor/provider)
  • Health Risk Assessment Instructions (optional, but easy way to earn points)

  Pregnant? You are exempt from health screenings/points requirements.  Please email Michelle Kruse for exemption waiver.

  Other Appointment Registration Options:

  §  Telephonic Registration is also available by calling 1-888-708-8807, option 1.

  o    Please note that there is a call-back option for participants who do not wish to wait on hold.

  o    You will receive a call back to complete the Consent Form.

  o    Any new hire not active in the Blue KC system will need to use the telephonic option to register. They must become active within 30 days of their screening to be considered a Member.

   

  §  Spouses who wish to be screened can do one of the following:

  o    Use their individual Blue KC membership card to log in through Mybluekc.com and use the same instructions as the Employee Members.

  o    Call in for registration as referenced above.

  o    Attend as a walk in and will be handled the same as Employee walk-ins.

   

  Questions or trouble accessing AHY?   Please call the customer service number on the back of your Blue KC insurance ID card or email BlueKC directly at AHY@BlueKC.com.   When emailing, please include details of the issue, screenshots if possible, member ID and contact information.

*Participation in the incentive entails accepting the user and privacy terms and submitting health information upon registration (first time users only) to gain access to the A Healthier You portal.  Once registered, employees can participate in activities of their choice to earn points towards a wellness incentive.  Points for the completion of preventative exams and other health related activities are automatically awarded based on claims data. Use of the portal is voluntary. If you have yet to register as a member on the portal (as a first time user or if your portal has been reset) and would like an alternative way to earn the wellness incentive, please contact Michelle Kruse, by September 15, 2023.
